Weekly Mindfulness Routine

GOOD MORNING

I hope this message finds you well and ready to embrace a brand new week! Each morning is a new opportunity to crush your goals and work towards living your best life!

"Every day may not be good, but there's something good in every day." – Alice Morse Earle

This week, let's focus on finding those small moments of joy and gratitude! This could be your morning coffee, a smile from a stranger, or a moment of peace during your commute. Give yourself permission to slow down and take moments to enjoy the small things:)

Let's dive into this week’s mindfulness practices and make the most of the week ahead!

WEEKLY AFFIRMATION
I am worthy of love and respect

Embracing the affirmation "I am worthy of love and respect" is a powerful step toward self-compassion and self-acceptance. It’s a reminder that your value is intrinsic and not contingent on external validation or achievements. When you acknowledge your worth, you create a solid foundation for healthy relationships and a fulfilling life.

By believing in your inherent value, you set a standard for how others should treat you and create an environment of mutual respect. Remember, you deserve to be surrounded by love and respect, and it all begins with how you view yourself. Embrace this truth and let it guide your interactions and choices throughout the day.

Take 2 minutes each day this week to repeat this affirmation to yourself. Affirmations are a powerful tool to shift your mindset and perspective!

WEEKLY MOVEMENT
Half bridge pose

Ready to bridge the gap to a better you? Let’s dive into the Half Bridge Pose. Imagine you're building a human bridge – it’s as fun as it sounds! Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift those hips to the sky while keeping your feet and shoulders grounded.

Why You'll Love It:

  1. Core and Booty Boost: Get ready to feel the burn in all the right places as this move tones your abs and glutes

  2. Flexibility Galore: Stretch out your chest, neck, spine, and hips to improve mobility

  3. Posture: Strengthen your back muscles and betters your posture

Try holding this pose for 2 minutes each day this week. It is okay to take breaks between! Focus on your breath and enjoy!

WEEKLY PROMPT
What are three things you are grateful for today, and why?

Take a moment to reflect on the positive aspects of your day and the things that bring you joy and contentment. Identifying and appreciating these moments can significantly enhance your well-being. Here are three things you might be grateful for today:

A Supportive Friend or Family Member: Think about someone who has been there for you through thick and thin. Their support and presence in your life can provide comfort and strength, making even the toughest days more manageable. Expressing gratitude for this person not only reinforces your bond but also highlights the importance of meaningful relationships in your life.

A Beautiful Moment in Nature: Whether it’s the sight of a sunrise, the sound of birds chirping, or the feel of a gentle breeze, nature has a way of grounding us and bringing peace to our minds. Acknowledging these moments can help you stay present and appreciate the simple, yet profound beauty that surrounds you.

An Achievement, Big or Small: Celebrate your victories, no matter the size. Whether you completed a challenging task at work, tried a new recipe, or simply made time for self-care, recognizing your achievements can boost your confidence and motivate you to keep moving forward. Reflect on why this accomplishment is meaningful to you and how it contributes to your overall growth and happiness.

I encourage you to jot down 3 things you are grateful for each day this week. However, you are also able to reflect or say aloud in your mind as well!
